Return Policy
Return services may be delayed as a result of COVID-19 safety measures.
All products are under a 60-day limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects only. Please email orders@palmettocraft.com within 60 days of delivery and include pictures of the defects. A refund or exchange can be made at no extra shipping costs for you.
If a product needs to be returned for any other reason, please email orders@palmettocraft.com for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving the product. Return shipping costs apply, and the item must be in its original condition and packaging to be accepted. Package must be received within 30 days of original delivery.
- Email orders@palmettocraft.com with the reason for the refund or exchange request.
- Palmetto Craft will initiate a FedEx or UPS shipment and email the barcode for the return shipment.
- Please drop off product in its original packing to a FedEx or UPS store for pickup.
- Once the product is received, a refund will be issued less the return shipping charges OR an exchange transaction will be initiated less the return shipping charges.
- If an exchange, the new product will be shipped to you at no charge.

Extended Holiday Return Policy
For all items purchased between November 1 and December 31, the deadline to return them is extended until January 31.
